Andrew Ballard, TSD President, was interviewed by the Wall Street Journal this week about his experiences with Presidential Inaugurations and the special license plates used on the Presidential and Vice Presidential limousines in the parade from the Capitol to the White House. He has been involved in the planning of 7 of the last 8 Presidential Inaugurations and was Director of Transportation for the 2009 and 2013 Inaugurations.
