"Transportation Systems Design led by Andrew Ballard, is an outstanding organization that delivered phenomenal planning, service, and results. Andrew and his team were responsible for all transportation planning for the largest World Meeting of Families in history, with visitors from more than 100 countries coming to Philadelphia for a six day event that concluded with the visit of Pope Francis. TSD shaped a plan that was lauded by tour operators, civic officials, and visitors attending the WMOF event. Andrew and TSD worked seamlessly with the US Secret Service, Philadelphia Police Dept, PennDot and event managers. There was constant communication, concierge-style service, and an attention to detail that was phenomenal, especially considering the enormous scope of the events. I would bring TSD on board for absolutely any event that I was planning – large or small. They are extraordinary."
